Q. Please introduce yourself!
My name is Jaeho Jeong, and I joined Corca as a Product Manager in December of last year, and am currently in charge of Product Team Lead and LLM Native squad Lead!
Q. Please tell us about what you do at Corca!
Now mainly0 to 1 work from product ideation to bringing it to marketI'm doing it.Verify PMFIf I'm doing it and it doesn't work, I pivot the product and repeat!
What is PMF?
Simply put, Product Market Fit is the compatibility between the product and the market. PMF is important because you have to release a product that is in demand in the market!
Please tell us what kind of Trace app you are currently developing!
Trace is a memo app based on LLM.This is it. It is not limited to a specific function, and if it is a notification, it is a notification, if it is a thought, it is a thought, if it is a to do, it is a to do.If you record freely, it will be systematically saved by LLM.It's okay. While existing memo apps only allow keyword-based searches, Trace allows context-based searches. It is an LLM-based memo app that has various functions, such as answering when you ask, "Why am I like this recently?" and automatically setting a reminder when you ask, "Set a reminder for 5 o'clock tomorrow!"

Q. What capabilities or mindset do you think you need to do a good job as a Product Manager at Corca?
Me too and when I see other peoplePeople who are not limited by roleI think they accomplish a lot of things in a short amount of time. In Corca, there are many times when you have to do different things and speed up the pace.The most important thing is to have a mindset that allows you to do a variety of things.I think I did it!
Q. When do you feel the fun and reward of work? Conversely, when is work difficult and difficult?
As for the LLM Native squad,“Let’s work like a solo entrepreneur”This is the tone of our squad. I think it's fun to quickly implement what you've planned and see the outline of the results. I think I feel rewarded when my team members follow the principles I just mentioned, and when they break away from the existing method and adapt to a new method. I feel rewarded when I motivate them and they follow along diligently!
On the other hand, in difficult and difficult times, there are times when I run at a fast pace and then slow down, and I sometimes feel frustrated at times like this.
Q. What was the area where you grew the most while working as a Product Manager at Corca?
I usually read a lot of product-related books and YouTube videos, and I feel like I've grown when I can understand the theories physically by trying things I only understood theoretically at Corca. The saying “Let’s work Lean” is famous in startups, but I think I have grown when I take it as meaning only, but when I actually work Lean and feel, ‘Ah, that’s what I meant’.
Q. What is the most frequently talked about topic in Korca's LLM native squad these days?
I think **“Conversation with Customers”** is what we talk about the most. If you don't consciously try to communicate with customers, you will be biased toward what you want, and you will end up creating products that are only conscious of your own tastes and preferences, not PMF's, so I think I'm talking about having more conversations with customers.
Q. What was the most impressive scene or episode while working at Corca?
When it comes to work-related episodes, I'm the type of person who becomes very obsessed once I set a goal, but last time I set a goal of achieving 100 visitors to the Trace landing page. I added this goal to my messenger profile and ran with only the goal in mind, but I remember when I reached the exact number I was aiming for.
Outside of work, the dress code for the year-end party was red, and I was impressed that Younghyun (CEO) came with red nail polish. If there is a dress code next time, I will prepare with passion!
Q. What do you think are the strengths of the current Corca team?
Flexibility and CapacityI think it is. Overall, they are young and smart people, but they don't have much solid experience yet, so I think it's a big advantage to be able to quickly absorb and respond to new stimuli! Another big advantage is that there are no so-called old people, so teamwork works well.
Q. Jaeho, what does Corca look like a year from now?
I think that 1 out of 3 people will recognize Corca's product name when they mention it!

Q. Jaeho, do you have any goals you want to achieve at Corca in the future?
Personally, I have a desire to release a product that receives a positive response from the market. It's challenging to release a product that many people like, but I really want to do it! Also, one of my goals is for Corca to do well even without Trace!
Q. What kind of influence do you want to have at Corca in the future?
Right now, I am approaching it with theory, and I really want to make it successful based on this. When releasing the product again laterA person who works sensibly and can also give advice to other team membersI want to become this. I like to motivate people, and I want to be a person who can influence people who work with me to give more than 100% and give 120% and work in a product-oriented way!
Q. Who do you expect to join the Corca Product Team as a colleague?
If there's a task called A, I want to be someone who doesn't just do it. Even if you initially think you can only do this, as you work, you will see many things. I hope there are people who can catch this and do it together!
Q. Is there anything you would like to say to prospective applicants applying to Corca as a Product Lead?
Corca is a place where you can grow as much as you want to grow, so if you are willing to grow, you can try many things! I'll be waiting🙌
