If you upload a receipt and the number of users together on a Slack channel, Ceal reads the receipt image and automatically extracts information such as the date of expenditure, name of expenditure, location of use, and amount. Afterwards, the details are automatically recorded in the backlog sheet, and the processing results are also notified through thread comments.
If it is treated as an organizational expense, the remaining budget based on the current quarter, the next recharge date and recharge amount, and the reset schedule are also calculated and provided. You can immediately understand the budget status of each team without having to check it separately.
We also use Ceal to manage breakfast costs. At Corca, members can use breakfast by paying individually with a corporate card. When you upload a purchase receipt to a message thread that is automatically sent at 8 a.m., Ceal reads the receipt information and automatically records and manages it.

Members can complete the survey submission by simply leaving a reply in the form of a comment to the DM sent by Ceal. Participation is now easier than ever, with no need to open separate links or use new tools.
Ceal simply collects responses and automatically organizes them into summaries and key comments based on what's submitted. By summarizing satisfaction, repeatedly mentioned opinions, and improvement ideas in one place, we help operators quickly understand the results.
3. Automation of notification of birthdays and joining anniversaries
Ceal also automatically announces members' birthdays and joining anniversaries.
Depending on whether the target person is one person or multiple people, or whether their birthday and company anniversary are both on the same day, the message will be formatted differently and guided through the Slack channel. It not only displays the date, but also generates phrases and mentions that fit the situation.
