The beginning of AX Day

Corca made bold choices to drive 10x growth.

AX Day is not an individual task,Paired Collaboration ApproachIt proceeds as follows.

We share bottlenecks we experience in each other's work processes, define problems from our own perspectives, and explore solutions together.
This process naturally leads to not only individual growth but also improvement of the capabilities of the entire team.

Additionally, AX is not necessarily limited to work.
Some teams implemented a visualized music player, while others created a custom metronome that could be used while running.

In this way, AX Day is a time that crosses the boundary between work and daily life and allows for various attempts.

It starts with a small experiment, but the experience will lead to greater possibilities.

  • There are agentic engineering sharing sessions, but it was great to be able to closely observe how other people treat AI and how they use it through AX Day pair work. And looking at the results of the first AX Day, I can see that each person has different thoughts, so I am looking forward to seeing what kind of results we can create on the next AX Day!
  • It was fun to have the opportunity to collaborate with other teams and solve problems together. I think it was also a day where I was able to get away from my daily work and ventilate. It was nice to be able to get a glimpse of other people's ideas and things I'm interested in recently.
  • Time passed by more quickly than I thought. In particular, it was my first time using OpenClaw, and I think I was able to approach AI a little more easily through an interesting topic. I thought that this kind of time could have a better impact on the future.
