Organizational Structure
Corca's organizational structure is divided into functional and purpose-oriented organizations. Each chapter-squad has its own mission and strategy and works toward the same goal. We focus on the growth of the team and product through healthy feedback, retrospectives, and scrum.


Career Ladder
Corca Tech Team has the Corca Ladder, a guide on how to make an impact within Corca. Measure your current impact through the career ladder and discuss it with your manager to make a specific plan to move on to the next step.
Various Studies
Corca actively supports curricula that help new employees adapt to work more quickly and studies that team members run autonomously. The studies we have done so far are MLOps Curriculum, Data Curriculum, Lead Engineer Maker, CUDA, reinforcement learning, refactoring, etc. and are continuously being added!






Welfare
Job training fee support
We believes that the growth of team members is the growth of the entire team. We support any training that is helpful for performance and growth. We support external conference attendance and job-related training.
Book support
We support the purchase of books necessary for the growth of the company and team members. You can check the list of books and reviews left by team members in the Corka Library.
Buddy Program
We are running a buddy program to help new employees who have just joined Corca adapt. Don't worry about your first day at work! We also support the cost of Buddy Chat so that you can talk comfortably!
Seminars for growth
We are supporting the sustainable growth and performance of our team members by running various seminars. In addition to internal seminars, we also hold external seminars to gain a lot of insight.

Flexible work hours
You can flexibly adjust your working hours with the optional work hours system. Co-work Time (10:30 AM - 4 PM) allows for smooth communication between team members.

You can choose to use MacBook Pro/Air or LG Gram. We actively support all the equipment needed for work, such as monitors and mechanical keyboards!
Generous meal allowance and snacks
Koreans love to eat! We provide generous lunch allowance and the same dinner allowance for night shifts so that you can eat deliciously and work comfortably. We also provide generous snacks. We actively encourage and support the use of necessary work tools.
Birthday vacation
We provide one day of birthday leave to celebrate the birthday of Corca members. We also have a birthday party every month to celebrate together!
Condolence support
Corca is with you whether you are happy or sad. We provide condolence leave and condolence expenses according to regulations.
